T he sainik school for coaching is the entrance coaching for Sainik Schools that are residential schools affiliated to CBSE and administered by Ministry of Defence. Started in 1961 with the aim of preparing the cadets to join Armed forces as officers.
Sainik School is a system of schools that is recognized and managed by the Sainik Schools Society under the Ministry of Defense. Here they provide high quality military-oriented education to deserving candidates and prepare them academically, physically, and mentally for entry into the Defense services. Currently, There is a total of 33 Sainik Schools in India. Admission to Sainik Schools is made purely based on the merit of the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE).
The All India Sainik School Entrance Examination is conducted for admission to Sainik School in classes VI and IX. The entrance test includes a written exam, medical examination, and final document verification round.The application form for AISSEE is available online on aissee.nta.nic.in, and the process of submitting the application form is online.
For Class VI – The boys and girls whose age is between 10 to 12 years as on March 31 of the term they join in. Candidates should have passed or should be studying in Class V in a recognized school at the time of applying for the entrance exam. For Class IX – Only boys whose age is between 13-15 years as on March 31 of the term they join in. Candidates should have passed or should be studying in class VIII in a recognized school.
